Hung Yen is a province of the Red River Delta with long-lasting cultural history. Located in the key economic zone as well as the economic growth triangle of the North, Hung Yen is well positioned in terms of transportation (passed by some strategic traffic routes, nearby frontier pass, seaports, industrial centers and big cities). Hung Yen people are very proud of their industrious and creative traditions with many traditional trade villages and industries. All of these have made great contribution to industrial development of Hung Yen over the past time, which is proved by an average annual industrial growth of 25% to 30%.
